TERMS & CONDITIONS: SA FIRE GROUP

1. BINDING AGREEMENT
By accessing the SA Fire Group website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs the relationship between SA Fire Group (Safire Holdings and SA Fire Supplies) and our clients.
2. SERVICES & COMPLIANCE (SAFIRE HOLDINGS)
- Certification: All fire safety maintenance and audits are conducted in accordance with SANS 1475 standards.
- Site Access: For on-site services in Pretoria, clients must provide safe access to all fire equipment as scheduled.
- Liability: While we provide expert compliance services, the ultimate responsibility for site safety and adherence to local bylaws remains with the property owner/occupier.
3. PRODUCT SALES (SA FIRE SUPPLIES)
- Standards: All equipment sold is SANS-certified.
- Ownership: Ownership of goods passes to the client only upon full payment of the invoice.
- Risk: Risk in the goods passes to the client upon collection from our Pretoria hubs or delivery to the specified site.
4. QUOTATIONS AND PAYMENT
- Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change based on supplier costs or specialized site requirements.
- Terms: Payment terms are strictly as per the issued invoice unless a prior credit agreement is in place.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SA Fire Group shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damages, or injury arising from the misuse of equipment, unauthorized tampering with serviced units, or failure by the client to maintain safety protocols between official service intervals.
6. JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the courts in Pretoria.
